Bookings

Booking deposits vary from £50 to £200. Booking deposits are paid to ensure clients attend their appointments and are refunded within 14 days of attendance at the studio unless they are used as part of an order.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (CCRs) clients have 14 days in which to claim a refund of the booking deposit, provided it is put in writing and received at The Blue Rooms (London) Ltd, 115 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 6QH, or e-mailed to [email protected].

Booking and Studio Terms and Conditions

The booking deposit paid is only refundable if you attend on the day and at the time of your shoot.
If you fail to attend or cancel the appointment, the studio hire fee of £135 will be passed on to you. If you are unable to attend the shoot, we kindly ask that you give at least three working days’ notice before the shoot to reschedule.

If you need to reschedule the shoot, you will be required to pay an additional £50 booking deposit; however, on attendance both deposits are refundable.

If you enjoy the day and the studio believes the aspiring model or client has potential, there may be the opportunity to purchase a professional portfolio. Images for the portfolio start from £50 each and decrease the more you purchase. Packages are only available on the day and can be tailored to suit your budget. We recommend that for a basic portfolio a minimum of ten images would be necessary at a cost of £499.

All aspiring models under the age of 22 must attend the shoot with a parent unless they have paid a £200 refundable booking deposit.

Please note that all calls are recorded for training purposes and quality assurance.

For clarity and transparency, clients should be aware that where optional portfolio products or studio-based photographic services are offered following a session, these may be made available in a range of formats depending on presentation, performance and individual requirements on the day. Such options may include a starter-level portfolio option commonly priced at £499 and typically comprising ten unedited digital images together with a period of post-session support, as well as more comprehensive portfolio configurations incorporating additional digital image selections, model eBooks, printed presentation materials, faux leather albums containing airbrushed prints, gallery canvases, wall décor items and extended support periods, with overall package prices commonly ranging from £1,599 through £2,599 and £3,599 up to £3,999 depending on image quantity, presentation format and duration of support selected. All prices are indicative only, subject to confirmation on the day, may vary at the discretion of the studio or image consultant, and are dependent on the number of images selected, the package configuration and the performance of the client.

Clients are under no obligation to proceed with any purchase and declining to do so will not affect attendance at or completion of the studio session itself.
